Madison Centre – Appia Developments, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided civil engineering, sediment control design and monitoring, contract tender and administration for redevelopment of 2 square city blocks to 510,000 ft² of mixed retail, office and residential buildings.  Project included design and contract administration for the widening of Lougheed Hwy from Gilmore to Willingdon.

PMC Sierra Corporate Campus – PMC Sierra, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided civil engineering for roadworks, sediment control, on-site and off-site servicing for redevelopment of an 18 acre industrial site to a 1.2 million ft² corporate campus consisting of 12 buildings housing office and production facilities.

The Crystal – Crystal Square Management Inc., Burnaby, B.C.

Provided civil engineering for roads, servicing, sediment control design and monitoring, contract tender and administration for redevelopment of 2 square city blocks to 750,000 ft² of mixed retail, hotel, office and residential buildings.

The Village – Adera Group of Companies, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided civil engineering for roads, servicing, sediment control design and monitoring, and construction coordination for redevelopment of 3 square city blocks to approximately 400 townhouse units.  Project included design and supervision for channel realignment of Powerhouse Creek.

Bridge Business Park  – Adera Group of Companies, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided civil engineering for roads, servicing, sediment control design and monitoring, and construction supervision for development of several sites within the Bridge Business Park.  Project included the design of a constructed wetland and biofiltration storm drainage system.

Ledgestone – Adera Group of Companies, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided onsite services, firelane, sediment control and stormwater management design for an 83 unit stacked townhouse project.

Riverstone – Adera Group of Companies, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided coordination for Telus relocation and design for offsite servicing, roadworks and sediment control for a 65 unit stacked townhouse project.

Oak Park  – Intracorp Developments, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided design for offsite servicing, roads and sediment control for a 136 unit apartment and stacked townhouse development near Royal Oak Avenue.

Renaissance Towers – Embassy Development Corporation, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided design for servicing, roads, stormwater management and sediment control for a mixed residential development with 2 towers and stacked townhouse units.

Still Creek Business Park  – Adera Group of Companies, Burnaby, B.C.

Provided a feasibility report and preliminary civil engineering for roads, servicing, and sediment control for a proposed commercial and light industrial development. The feasibility report dealt primarily with the establishment of probable servicing requirements and the effect of soils and environment issues upon the proposed servicing. The project did not proceed due to construction time line issues.

 Queensborough Redevelopment – Walnut Contractors, New Westminster, B.C.

 This project consisted of the consolidation and redevelopment of approximately 70 acres into 700 mixed density residential properties and the development of 500 metres of Fraser River frontage to a float home community.  This project involved direction and coordination with architects, planning consultants, marine engineers and environmental consultants.  The civil design included storm sewer, sanitary sewer, sanitary pump station and forcemain, watermain, roadworks and lot grading.
