Dan has experience in design and inspection of water, roadworks, sewerage and drainage facilities for municipal capital works programs and land development projects in the City of Burnaby and New Westminster.  He has done extensive quantity take offs and volume calculations for numerous projects in the Lower Mainland.

His experience in Romania included calculations, design and conducted the operations of recurrent and permanent repair, for roads, including quantity takeoff and estimation of costs, the planning of operations, drainage works, earthworks repair and water management.  He has calculated and designed placement of temporary bridges for roads, including solutions for drainage of surface water and watercourses.  Dan has collaborated with City Municipalities for small projects including urban streets, pedestrian and cycling facilities, and parking construction.
